Delivery

We deliver our products to countries worldwide. Please note the pricing information below, and bear in mind that the shipping fee is per order, not per item. 

For shipping to the United Kingdom, please allow up to a week to receive your order, from the date of your order being fulfilled. Shipping costs for the UK is £5.00.

For shipping to the rest of Europe, please allow up to two weeks to receive your order, from the date of your order being fulfilled. Shipping costs for the rest of Europe is £8.00. 

For shipping costs to the rest of the world, please allow up to two weeks to receive your order, from the date of your order being fulfilled. Shipping costs for the rest of the world is £8.00.

Please note that orders to Mexico are currently taking up to 30 days due to delays with Mexican customs, this is completely out of our control.

If you live out of the EEC customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.  

Returns 

You can exchange any item that you are not happy with, on the condition that the item is returned within 28 days. The item returned must be in its original condition. This means unworn, unwashed and unused etc. 

In order to return an item, firstly fill out the returns form that came with your order. Make very clear whether you would like an exchange or a refund for the item you are returning. 

Next, send the item to our returns department, address listed on the returns form. Please note you will need to pay the postage charge to return the item back to us, we cannot cover this cost. 

Once we receive the package, we will deal with your request and keep you updated via email on the progress of your order. If you request an alternative product, there will be no further shipping charges for you to pay.
